Agran Romanow
A Custom Designed Real Estate Website
Web Design
When real-estate agents Agran & Romanow approached me from Boca Raton, Florida, the brief was clear: redesign their website to reflect a premium brand, improve user experience, and directly support sales of high-value listings.
I delivered a full custom site built on WordPress, with seamless integration of the real-estate database, polished branding, and responsive design that works beautifully across devices.
Challenge
The client was operating a competitive real-estate market where aesthetics and usability matter. Their existing site lacked modern design, strong mobile performance, and a feel that matched the calibre of the properties being marketed. They needed a website that wouldn’t just display listings — but would position the agent and brand as a top-tier professional choice, convert site visitors into leads and ultimately help sell properties.
My Approach
Brand-driven design: I created an elegant visual palette, typography and layout that projected the high-end feel of the client’s listings — luxury homes, refined clientele, and a coastal Florida lifestyle.
WordPress build with custom features: On a WordPress platform I implemented a clean theme, custom templates for property listings, and full integration with the real-estate database so new listings would appear seamlessly, keeping the site up-to-date with minimal manual effort.
Responsive & performance-optimized: I ensured the site adapted flawlessly to mobile, tablet and desktop — important since many home-buyers view listings on their phones. I also optimized images, lazy-loaded content and structured the code for fast load times.
Conversion-focused UX: I structured the user journey from homepage to listing to contact in a fluid way: clear calls-to-action (“View Listing,” “Schedule a Showing”), easy-to-navigate property filters, and fast access to the agent’s contact form.
Client collaboration & hand-off: I worked closely with the client to shape content and messaging, delivered documentation for ongoing site updates, and trained the client on using the WordPress admin to manage listings, blogs and calls-to-action.
Outcome & Value
The redesigned website markedly raised the brand perception of the agent’s business — clients and prospects immediately identified the site as sophisticated and trustworthy.
Because of the real-estate database integration and custom template work, the agent now spends less time updating listings manually and more time working with clients.
Mobile users, who previously encountered usability issues on the old site, now have a seamless experience — increasing engagement and reducing bounce rate.
The site has become a high-quality marketing asset — not just a listing portal — supporting the agent’s ability to close deals and stand out in a crowded marketplace.
